THE FLYING FORTRESS CHRISTMAS MENU 2012

To Start:

Spiced carrot and parsnip soup 

Smoked trout paté

Potted cheese with walnuts

Creamy garlic mushrooms 

A choice of either Roast Beef, Gammon or Turkey from the Carvery with vegetables and traditional festive accompaniments

Salmon on a leek carbonara, accompanied by vegetables from the carvery 

Lamb and parsnip ragoût with vegetables from the carvery

Winter vegetable gratin, served with vegetables from the carvery

Desserts

A varied selection of desserts will be available to choose from the carousel, including Christmas Pudding

To Finish

Tea or Coffee with a chocolate mint

Terms and Conditions

To guarantee your reservation a non refundable deposit of £5.00 per person is required at the time of booking.

We would be grateful if you could complete and return the booking form with details of the guests' meals before December 1^st.

Please bring a copy of the  choices of  each person's meal to the occasion, as selections can easily be forgotten when choosing in advance.

Should you need to cancel for a member of your party, please give us plenty of notice otherwise we may have to charge full price for the meal.

If you book the function room on a Friday or Saturday night and your numbers drop below 40 then you could be liable to a £50.00 room charge or possibly sharing the room with another party.

Full payment is required at the time of your meal and we will accept credit or debit cards or cash only. We will present the bill to the organiser and request that it is paid in one sum.

Please note that the use of party poppers, streamers and metallic confetti are not permitted.
