The Flying Fortress is famed across East Anglia and beyond for its delicious Carvery - now available Wednesday and Friday evenings, Saturday lunchtime and evening , as well as throughout the whole day on Sundays. That's not to mention on request for party bookings! Roast pork, beef, turkey and gammon joints available on rotation and are carved to match your appetite, with customers helping themselves to as much veg as they like.

Lunchtime offers a full menu for those either wanting a quick bite in their break, or something more substantial to set themselves up for the rest of the day.  We  boast a variety of your favourite meals that won't break the bank but still taste great! What's more there's always an ever-changing selection of specials on offer that reflect whatever local game or produce might be in season at the time.
