With five different rooms to choose from, the Flying Fortress hosts a whole variety of business and society events. Whether you are arranging your company's annual sales conference, or simply need a room for your monthly social-group meeting, there will be a room here to suit your requirements.

3. Specific Room Information

As our largest space, The Castle Suite is our most versatile room and holds up to one hundred people. With the added option of being completely self-contained for the entire day, having refreshments served in the ajoining Quiet Room, it is our clients' most popular choice for day-long meetings.

The two Conservatory rooms are perfect if you have a more modest number of delegates and, as their names suggest, are bright rooms filled with natural light. There are of course blinds on the windows should trainers wish to make any presentations requiring a darker room.

Our other two smaller rooms, The Officers Mess and Quiet Room are best used for smaller meetings or as syndicate / breakout spaces for larger events.

In addition to this, when more breakout spaces are required, the pub area itself can be used in the hours when the pub is not open.

 

 4. Price & Booking Information.

* Clients can choose between Full and Half-Day Delegate packages or Room Hire Only. (Minimum numbers may apply)

* Full Day Delegate packages from only £16 per person.

* Standard Full Day Package includes the full day's use of a main room, complementary water with flip-chart and LCD screen provided. Also includes the choice of a fresh roast carvery or buffet lunch, three servings of Tea, Coffee & Biscuits: upon arrival, at mid-morning break and in the afternoon.

* Half day package (with food) is same as the Standard but only includes upto 5-hours use of a main room, with two servings of Tea, Coffee & Biscuits and includes lunch.

* Half day package (without food) is same as the Standard but only includes upto 5-hours use of a main room, and two servings of Tea, Coffee & Biscuits but excludes lunch.
