See below the Flying Fortress menu for Christmas parties in 2011. With over twenty years experience in catering for Christmas functions, and with rooms suitable for small events or bigger parties of upto eighty persons, The Flying Fortress is the perfect venue to hold your seasonal get-together.

This year we are offering a two course set menu: of main course, dessert and coffee/tea plus a cracker, for £16.50 per adult.

THE FLYING FORTRESS CHRISTMAS MENU 2011*

Main Courses

A choice of either Gammon, Beef or Turkey from the Carvery with all the traditional accompaniments

Salmon fillet baked with soy sauce, lemon juice and rice wine

Vegetarian Moussaka

Pork Loin with lemon, honey and mustard apples.

All meals served from the Carvery so that you can help yourself to vegetables.

 

Desserts

A varied selection of desserts will be available to choose from including Christmas Pudding with brandy custard.

 

To Finish

Tea or Coffee with a chocolate mint

And not forgetting... a Christmas Cracker!
